2. Design & Prototyping

We will provide a digital proof and a die-line template for your approval. To ensure everything is perfect before mass production, we highly recommend creating a physical sample. This allows you to test the structure, check the print quality, and experience your packaging firsthand.
3. Pre-Press & Plate Making
With your final approval, we move into the pre-press stage.
This is a critical technical step where we prepare your approved artwork for printing.
Our technicians meticulously check every detail of the digital file and then use advanced CTP (Computer-to-Plate) technology to transfer the design onto high-resolution aluminum printing plates. Each color in your design requires its own plate, ensuring sharp, accurate, and vibrant printing results.
4. Printing
This is where your design truly comes to life.
We utilize state-of-the-art Heidelberg and Komori printing presses, renowned for their precision and color fidelity.

5. Surface Finishing

6. Die-cutting & Creasing
Precision is key.
After printing and finishing, the flat sheets are moved to our automatic die-cutting machines. A custom-made die (a sharp steel-rule tool shaped to your box’s template) is used to cut out the box shape with incredible accuracy. At the same time, the machine creates all the necessary fold lines (creasing), ensuring that your boxes will assemble perfectly and have crisp, clean edges.
7. Gluing & Assembly
The final structural step is assembly.
The die-cut blanks are fed into our high-speed automatic gluing machines. These machines precisely apply strong adhesive to the required flaps and fold the box into its final, three-dimensional form.
For complex structures like rigid gift boxes, this step involves skilled handwork to ensure a flawless, high-end finish.
