Yes! We offer free structural design support. Once your project is confirmed, our engineers create professional dielines for your artwork. We can also provide 3D mockups to verify the structure before production.
2. What custom printing and finishing options do you offer?
We offer full customization to elevate your brand. Options include CMYK offset printing, Pantone color matching, and premium finishes like hot foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, and soft-touch matte lamination.
3. Can I order a sample before mass production?
Absolutely. We provide free plain samples for sizing and structural verification. For fully printed samples with your design, a setup fee applies, which is typically refundable when you place a bulk order.
4. What file formats are required for custom printing?
For the highest print quality, please provide editable vector files in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format. Ensure all fonts are outlined, images are at least 300 DPI, and colors are set to CMYK mode.
5. What is your standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our general MOQ is 500 pieces per design and size. This allows us to offer the most competitive factory-direct pricing. However, we are flexible and can discuss smaller trial runs for startup brands.
6. What is your typical production turnaround time?
We pride ourselves on efficiency. Sample production generally takes 5–7 working days. Mass production typically requires 15–20 days after final artwork approval, depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.
7. Do you offer international shipping and DDP services?
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries. We highly recommend our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, where we handle shipping, customs clearance, and taxes, delivering the packaging directly to your door hassle-free.
8. How do you ensure safety during international transit?
We take packaging safety seriously. All products are packed in sturdy, double-wall corrugated cartons (K=K). We use waterproof bags and corner protectors to ensure your boxes arrive in perfect condition, regardless of distance.
9. Do you use sustainable and eco-friendly materials?
Yes, sustainability is a core value at Weiqi. We utilize FSC-certified paper, recyclable kraft materials, and soy-based inks. We can also provide biodegradable lamination options to help your brand meet environmental goals.
10. What are your accepted payment terms and methods?
We typically require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Wire) for bulk orders and PayPal for samples or smaller transactions.
